This is your answer when nothing else has worked.
I use East Asian Medicine’s Five Element Theory and your Birth Chart to understand your central energy + strongest and weakest organ networks. Knowing this information gives you the deepest layer as to why your specific symptoms have manifested. It will reveal how to meticulously use food as the medicine your body’s been craving.
This way of eating is very personalized. It was actually full of foods I enjoy and I never felt deprived. Recognizing that I could just change a few foods and feel better was amazing.
Shifting towards a constitutional diet helped me to re-shape my thinking. I realized that it's not that foods are good or bad, but that there are certain foods that make me feel nourished and fulfilled and some foods that do not.

This call is a presentation of that information and a conversation that will leave you with resources, guides, and confidence to meet your goals. Allow up to 90-minutes.
