SESSION 1 ✧ THE HEART WOMB CONNECTION: OVERCOMING FERTILITY STRESS TO AWAKEN YOUR FERTILITY POTENTIAL WITH DR. JESSICA LIU, ND
Recent studies have shown that 50 percent of women undergoing fertility treatments meet the criteria for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The stress induced by infertility itself and the process of fertility treatment can have a significant negative impact on hormonal health, egg and sperm quality, and pregnancy outcomes. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the spark of conception cannot occur unless there is a healthy mind-heart-womb connection. This interactive session will provide an understanding of the stress-infertility relationship and how to identify the signs of fertility trauma. You will learn nutritional and herbal approaches to reduce the impact of stress during pregnancy preparation and fertility treatment, and you will be guided through effective mindfulness-based techniques to help you open your heart-womb connection in order to awaken your fertility potential.

SESSION 2 ✧ OPTIMIZING YOUR CHANCES OF CONCEPTION USING THE FERTILITY AWARENESS METHOD WITH HALEY SMITH
The fertility awareness method (FAM) is a collection of systems curated to identify when you are fertile, infertile, and to track your gynecological health. FAM is used to help you know when your chances of conceiving are optimal by observing specific biomarkers of your body on a day to day basis. With proper use, you will also be able to screen for your cervical health and begin identifying imbalances that may be preventing pregnancy. In this session you will be introduced to a sympto-thermal method of fertility awareness and will walk away understanding how to begin tracking your fertile signs.

SESSION 3 ✧ PREPARING YOUR PELVIS FOR CONCEPTION WITH DR. CAITLIN CAPISTRAN MYERS
Join Dr. Caitlin Capistran Myers to learn more about your pelvic organs. The uterus and ovaries are amazing structures, and they work best when they are well-aligned, mobile, and receiving good blood supply. In this session, you’ll learn how the physical qualities of your pelvic organs influence your hormones and your body’s ability to conceive. You will walk away able to identify where your uterus and ovaries are located within your body; with a deeper understanding of the normal structure and function of your uterus and ovaries as they relate to conception; and able to name 2-3 physical (structural) factors that may contribute to decreased function of the uterus and ovaries.

SESSION 4 ✧ THE MISSING LINK: GUT HEALTH IN FERTILITY CARE WITH DR. CORINA DUNLAP, ND
There is an important link between gastrointestinal function, brain, hormones, and fertility. Why do some have an easier time achieving pregnancies that lead to live births after working on their gut health? What is the known connection in the research and in practice? In the past decade, there have been huge advancements on this topic. Now we see a relationship between the gut microbiome, our mood, and our memory. We see a higher percentage of people with IBS or other bowel problems suffering from depression and anxiety. We see gut inflammation impacting a whole range of issues from sleep, and libido to fertility. This presentation will attempt to connect some of these dots in order to shed light on how this intersection may impact our approach to optimizing your gut health for fertility.

SESSION 5 ✧ MANAGING ENVIRONMENTAL TOXIN EXPOSURE TO STRENGTHEN FERTILITY WITH DR. BRITT STAMER, ND
Environmental toxins are all around us. They can be found in our food, water, cooking materials, clothes, and furniture. These toxins can contribute to a host of health issues, most notably hormonal issues including conditions that contribute to fertility difficulties. This session will discuss how you are being exposed, how to best mitigate these exposures, and ways to gently detox to support your overall health and fertility.

SESSION 6 ✧ MENSTRUAL CYCLE AWARENESS + YOGA FOR FERTILITY WITH MIA TARDUNO
As women, we have the power and tools to be the leaders in living in accordance to our natural ebbs and flows of energy, productivity, and creativity. This session will include education on how to optimize your fertility with lifestyle practices that will work with those fluctuations, rather than against. We'll integrate this menstrual cycle awareness through womb nourishing yoga poses designed to increase blood flow to your pelvic bowl. For this session you'll need a relaxing space with 2 blankets and a pillow.
