I use East Asian Medicine’s Five Element Theory and your Birth Chart to understand your central energy + strongest and weakest organ networks. Knowing this information gives you the deepest layer as to why your specific symptoms have manifested. It will reveal how to meticulously use food as the medicine your body’s been craving.

This way of eating is very personalized. It was actually full of foods I enjoy and I never felt deprived. Recognizing that I could just change a few foods and feel better was amazing.
Shifting towards a constitutional diet helped me to re-shape my thinking. I realized that it's not that foods are good or bad, but that there are certain foods that make me feel nourished and fulfilled and some foods that do not.

WEEK 1 ⋒ Intro to FAM Portal
This is your time to spend with the Fertility Freedom Intro to FAM series in the private portal. You are responsible for watching the 8 pre-recorded videos + gathering and setting up the resources relevant to you. During this week I will be wearing my detective hat and putting together your personalized health assessment + initial dietary plan based on your Health Intake and Food Story.
Week 2 ⋒ Live Introductory Call
Intro to FAM recap, questions, your case presentation, and initial plan forward. Allow up to 90-minutes.
Week 4 ⋒ Follow-up #1
We will meet two weeks later to be sure you are comfortable and confident in your dietary plan and charting skills. Allow up to 60-minutes.
Week 8 ⋒ Follow-up #2
From here we will begin letting your chart do the talking. We will have monthly follow-ups to allow your body time to cycle. These next 4 follow-ups will include chart and symptom reviews to see if our plan is working and to make adjustments where necessary. Allow up to 60-minutes.
